APM dashboards all `Store time with dashboard` to `Last 24 hours` about apm-server HOT 6 CLOSED

I’m cool with whatever, we should probably test it a bit to make sure the results give us what we expect. If we do change this it will need to happen in both the link in the index pattern and the dashboard.

@roncohen Yes, I spoke with @LeeDr about this. I don't know why the APM dashboards don't follow the standard behavior. Maybe @simianhacker has input?

I was just trying to make the experience match the behavior of the original site. Also there are instances where the default “last 15 minutes” wasn’t enough data.
