This happens because when an actor is started, the struct that was saved in the Actors.Registry.ActorRegistry during registration is not taken into account, but the struct that is arriving during the invocation. The fact is that this information shouldn't even come during an invocation, this is a serious flaw in our protocol design that will probably be corrected by PR #8. However, it would be interesting not to depend in any way on the invocation's request or on the registration because the record itself should only contain the Actor's minor identifiers and metadata and not all of that information. I think the best thing would be to include the actor's configuration parameters directly in a column in the database, that way every reactivation would be automatically guaranteed.
