Confirmed. Try turning on the option "Download images from cache".
I would like to find out why Firefox failed to download the image, so let's keep this issue open.

I have 2 examples that fail 100% of the time for me, but work fine if the image is saved using "save image as".

tried multiple combinations of settings, download from cache, escaping special characters, etc.
