Hello again. Looking at the commit history I've found that the package name was intentionally changed, but it seems it was never published again to npm, this is way on npm I was only able to find the old package named @edx/create-edx-react-app...

So, to fix the issue, you should either:

• publish the package with the new name (and ideally deprecate the old one), or
• switch back the name of the package to @edx/create-edx-react-app (I liked this name the most)
