我觉得这个问题是这样的，edp会生成一个叫esl-config.json的文件，现在的问题在于 如何把这个文件里的JSON对象通过require.config加载进来 。玉北的想法是，让ESL支持一个require.loadConfig(url, callback)的方法来加载这个文件作为配置，所以属于ESL的功能。
