Resolution problem with org.eclipse.core.net about tycho HOT 4 CLOSED

If you have the chance to execute this locally, Tycho 2.4.0 SNAPSHOT contains an option 'printBundles' that could reveal if the bundle is missing in the test runtime.

@sravanlakkimsetti This doesn't seem to be happening in the context of surefire tests, but in the context of the API check. The API check stuff is not provided by Tycho, so I don't think it's a bug in Tycho.

One small reproducer is to build a small Platform bundle, such as org.eclipse.text.quicksearch. From the eclipse.platform.text repo, run mvn -pl org.eclipse.text.quicksearch clean verify -Pbuild-individual-bundles,api-check
I'm currently trying several variations of Tycho versions and Eclipse versions.

@sravanlakkimsetti I can reproduce this issue with Tycho 2.3 and 2.4.0-SNAPSHOT, and using Eclipse 4.19 and 4.20-I-Builds as comparator. Other cases I see of tycho-eclipserun-plugin being used are working fine. I don't think this issue is a regression in Tycho, nor that it's caused Tycho, but it's more related to some configuration of the eclipse-run step. I'm closing it.
