If you download the latest version, all of your friend's clients will auto 
update.
They will automatically download the latest version from you, automatically 
upgrade,
restart, and start sharing it with their friends.

The only thing Alliance doesn't do automatically is download the latest version 
from
the site, which could be bad for very small networks of people that don't 
constantly
check the forums for new versions. With that said, we do have plans to add in 
some
kind of notification that will alert people that there is a new update and an 
option
to download it. 

I'm Sorry but since this morning, i'm connected with my friends and the haven't
update automatically their Alliance to the latest beta. I'm using the 1141 beta
however. Is there manipulation to make my side ?

We'll look into it. Bastvera might have disabled it again.

Does the automatic update is enabled in the build 1148?

Nope until I made fixes to resolve problem with upgrade on Vista/7 (should be 
in next
release).
