Kind of want to take a stab at this, were you thinking it would require find: for the adapter for the model, or would it also work for models that only have findQuery or findAll.
Edit: realized the second question I had was answered in the ticket name >.>

My thought is that you'd have to implement find in your adapter in order to call Model#update.

findAll/findQuery would use RecordArray#update, which is issue #16
