Add script to clean build before start and build about eleventy-starter HOT 2 CLOSED

I normally just run this when needed (the dist folder is gitignored anyways), and those folders get re-written to on each subsequent command.

I'll add this to the build script, but the watch script is run in parallel and thus not something I want to happen in the same command.

I added it to the watch command by using run-s

run-s clean:* && run-p watch:*

By this way the clean command will run once after running watch
