I should build a FORTRAN CLI app called easifem.

Install all packages

easifem extpkgs install

Install a single package

easifem extpkgs install StringiFor 

Install multi packages

easifem extpkgs install StringiFor PENF FACE

Specify the prefix

easifem extpkgs install  FPL --prefix_path ${EASIFEM_EXTPKGS}

We can have following options

--build_type release debug
--build_shared_libs true
--install_prefix PATH
--build_dir PATH
