I ran it on my computer and it works, it only shows the warning for run_async

Is this only one-time error or does it keep happening?

It's happened a couple of times now. I fixed it by rebooting the local server.
How could I ensure I'm using the latest version of python-telegram-bot?
I ran this command on my virtualenv $ pip3 install python-telegram-bot
I could try to install it again, but I'm not sure that would work. Sorry, I'm not a developer :)
