Exhaust ventilation system | Air inlets about home HOT 7 CLOSED

Air inlets finally fitted yesterday. Electricians completed their part last week.

Resolved these issues!

The air inlets are two-way, but prevent uncontrolled air intake in the case of blustery days.

They are fully noise insulated and we mediated between the carpenter and the ventilation folks to reach a solution for installing them which will be very minimally visible and still ensure the window casings can be easily removed for access to the shutters.

There will be 10 throughout the entire house, not in every room and not on every window.

These are currently being added to the window frames/shutter boxes.

OK! The shutter boxes are now all made and awaiting for the air inlets to be installed.

As soon as this is done and the electrician has finished connecting all the shutter motors to the switches , the carpenter can get all the shutter boxes in place 👍

Emailed the ventilation folks today to schedule this in asap.

Called them again today, they're going to come to get this done on Tuesday (12-Mar-2019).
