目前来说是不支持的，anno的注册中心结合自身特性定制开发的，比如自由的健康检查策略、简单KV存储、服务文档存放等等功能。用户在使用的时候也可以自由扩展，更灵活、更方便、更好用。且独立减少不必要复杂度的引入。
