Hi there, I was trying to investigate this problem but I don't have a copy of this game.
I tried to reproduce the issue with other programs that may require exclusive mode but wasn't able to do so.
Do you know if there is a free software or something that I can use to trigger the same behaviour you are experiencing?

I have no idea as i have never found this problem anywhere else. If i use another sound device the problem goes away.
