Same issue - Windows 10 (x64 1903)
Update: So this is a known issue ( #36 ) with fresh windows installs (that have not been upgraded from a previous version of windows)
as it is caused by a digital certificate signature error - kind of "certificate not cross-signed by Microsoft error". And requires "secure boot" to be turned off (which I am NOT going to do)
From device manager: // Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52) //
