Can you explain why this is a problem? The current DSF pre/post install/removal scripts don't use absolute systemctl paths but rely on a proper $PATH setup. In all Linux distributions I know both /bin and /usr/bin are part of $PATH by default.

DuetPiManagementPlugin do use an absolute path actually :

Thanks for the note, I'll use relative paths in the next version.
AFAIR .NET required absolute filenames in older versions but it seems to work now with .NET 6.
