With the same SD card...
I've tried with a Raspbian 11 - 64 bits -> OK
I've tried with an another script (shrinkwrap) on Raspbian 12 - 32 bits -> same problem as PiShrink
from pishrink.
Can you run the latest version and post the output here?

I've just tried again with the last 1.04 version.
Sorry but the problem is still present with the 32bits version of Raspbian 12.
