Add a colour picker so we can change text colour etc

The grid should just stack on top of each other when it's on a mobile breakpoint, so add some classes to account for this

If we could use JSON to dynamically create the options which are presented to the user to configure, it will make changing and add new options much easier.

This feature should load a JSON for an element, and then loop through it to create the configuration options for the selected element.

Need to add a readme to help people get started and document the current status of the project, also add a license to people know how they can use this.

Currently, the hardcoded breakpoint spans are not being parsed by tailwind and as such the styles not being recognized correctly, so we will refactor to use a builder instead, so we can explicitly set these values.

This is something of a copy of how vapor uploads work, so we should review the code and improve it.
