bug: Response.download doesn't work with deno deploy about drash HOT 2 OPEN

Hi @PaoloAngeliBreda, unfortunately we might not be able to get to this in a timely manner since Deno is not a priority for us at the moment. Most of our focus has been on v3 which does not include Deno from the get-go.

However, feel free to open a pull request and we'll review it ASAP. I also know you have that issue open from July last year (#674), which (again apologies) that might also not be addressed in a timely manner until we have v3 in a good spot.

Really, I apologize for the inconvenience. And for context, I'm the only maintainer that's currently available on Drash Land, so things are going to be a bit slow for a while until the rest of the team has more free time to help out :)

Hi @crookse, thank you for your answer. I'm using Drash for a while with extreme satisfaction. It's simple, clean and elegant and works like a breeze. I've implemented my personal experimental version of tengine with many additional features (https://github.com/Pangeli70/apg-tng, https://apg-tng.deno.dev/ still wip). Till now, I hadn't forked the Drash repo to make tests and submit pull requests, but I'll try this weekend.
