Dragonwell upgrades to jdk8u212-b04 about dragonwell8 HOT 5 CLOSED

The 212u-b04 rebase snapshot test result is as following:

These tests run with my manual built jdk. But the test code is still at 202u.
I hope most of tests can be passed with my manual built jdk and then I push them to branch to verify the final test.

The conflict resolving is simple and straightforward. The resolved diff is as following.

gc/arguments/TestCMSHeapSizeFlags.java
gc/arguments/TestG1HeapSizeFlags.java
gc/arguments/TestMinInitialErgonomics.java
gc/arguments/TestParallelHeapSizeFlags.java
gc/arguments/TestSerialHeapSizeFlags.java

Please ignore them. Because the 5 tests failed by stale test code and run with my manual snapshot test. 8u212-b04 has change for these test case code. If I push the 212 code , the tests will success.

http://ci.jvm.alibaba.net/view/dragonwell8/job/dragonwell.8.test.jtreg.jdk/36/console failed several tests. These tests failed because 212u upstream updated test case code.
The ci test still run with 202u test code.
Just ignore them. They will be fixed when I push them to code base and re-run test.
