"Doze Mode" tests with Huawei phone about gaenlib HOT 2 CLOSED

In this test, all periodic app activity (Bluetooth advertisements, Bluetooth scans and retrieval of diagnosed keys from the server) happen continuously on the phone, independently of whether it is in Normal or Doze mode.

This confirms the findings from #26: Doze Mode appears to affect only minimally the modified SwissCovid application, even when run on a device under a proprietary OS.
