I'm Donald Davy, currently pursuing my PhD at the CoBIUS Lab in the Université de Sherbrooke, located in Quebec, Canada. My area of expertise revolves around genomics, phylogenomics, and computational biology. Within the realm of bioinformatics, I am consistently engaged in conceptualizing mathematical and algorithmic approaches to address biological challenges. Specifically, my research focuses on understanding the dysregulation of alternative splicing and the evolution of a collection of transcripts/CDS, aiming to enhance our knowledge of these subjects through computational modeling and analysis.
Additionally, I possess a keen interest in web development and have a strong background as a DevOps engineer. Algorithmic problem-solving intrigues me as well.
