Very basic markdown support added in ea2b02d - still needs work to be robust.

I'm cutting tutorial support from scope and closing out this ticket. Tutorials are cool, but I don't think that they're an appropriate feature for documentation.js, which is much more focused on API documentation and inference, and can easily link to external documents for tutorials rather than bundling that ability.
