hufnagel: For all calls to DAOs with 'transaction = True', we also need to pass the connection belonging to the transaction, otherwise they will NOT be executed as part of the transaction (due to a random connection being chosen).

dballest: Ran the tests, it skipped the run/{lumi,stream} closing tests because I don't have the SM DB connection.
It completed all 4 tests without errors.
