the code is ready, but not yet committed. it will be after CRAB_230 release (for tutorial of 13/6/08).
It search first on $CRABDIR/etc/crab.cfg then on $HOME/.crab.cfg and finally on ./crab.cfg , in that order
If a definition is found in more than one file, the last one will prevail. Command line definition does prevail always.
Yet to be done: save on working_dir/share/crab.cfg the logical & of the three files w/o the command line addition.
Logic is that whaever is on file is to be considered as "static", while whatever is passed via command line is "volatile" and applies only to the current command, not others.
