First implementation done. Still missing:
o) allow user to select lcg-cp vs srmcp
o) try the copy only if status is Done/Cleared with exit status 0
o) add rmall functionality, to remove all files from SE

from crab2.

Actually copyData feature has been implemented.

need to improve
--- PhEDExDatasvcInfo.py in order to handle more generic params (not only crab.cfg specific)
--- implement the possibility to copy from SE to SE
(this imply to review a bit how to pass the right arguments)
