Hmmm, torch is installed separately via the dmmaze script.

Try running venv and installing it manually
here's how to do it

1. Open the console in the folder (enter cmd in the path bar)
2. Write

.\venv\Scripts\activate

3. Install pytorch

pip3 install torch torchvision torchaudio --index-url https://download.pytorch.org/whl/cu118
