I had the issue with node v22.0.0.
After update to v22.1.0 the process is working.
Still getting this warning:
(node:12027) [DEP0180] DeprecationWarning: fs.Stats constructor is deprecated.
(Use `node --trace-deprecation ...` to show where the warning was created)
from gulp-sass.
