Blocked by #3 (not really, but it's already a large enough PR that it may as well get merged before continuing)

• Possibly move from JSON to something like bbolt -- Not really necessary, but worth considering
  • A migrate command to move existing urlib.json into the new DB
• Move things away from init and clean up other global state
• Write some tests

None of these are really necessary if the bot works, but as the official discordgo bot we should probably encourage some better practices. 🙂

Expected behavior

Empty macros should not show up in macro autocomplete, nor should they hang the bot.
