Thanks for finding this, @gibmat! Although the READMEs for both go-libvirt and go-qemu warn that their APIs are unstable, I'd like to keep this issue open as a reminder for when we stabilize both modules.
The latest go-libvirt snapshot you could use without requiring any code changes would be eaff166, since the following commit is the one that changed the public API for that mock. Hopefully that snapshot will be new enough to unblock you!

Yes, that's exactly what I've done -- I'm using go-libvirt @ eaff166
, as that's the most recent version that works with go-qemu. So far I haven't had any issues. This past weekend I was reviewing various library updates and noticed that there was still this issue, so I figured I'd open up an issue. ;)
