I analysed the files and there are no differences in the file content except the messages.txt file, which should not cause this error.

The only difference is, that the files of the polish version are written in capital letters. This is interesting and was not included in the DigglesModManager.
I fixed this in this commit: DigglesMods/DigglesModManager@8503c88

The messages.txt is an issue, if you want a translation for the polish version. ;)
Therefore I need translations of the following english sentences:

• "store fungus hats"
• "store fungus stems"
• "store stones"
• "store coal"
• "store iron"
• "store gold"
• "store crystals"
• "store weapons"
• "store tools"
• "store potions"
• "store rings"

in game "store" is translated as "zbieranie"

"store fungus stems" - zbieranie grzybich nóżek
"store stones" - zbieranie kamieni
"store coal" - zbieranie węgla
"store iron" - zbieranie żelaza
"store gold" - zbieranie złota
"store crystals" - zbieranie kryształów
"store weapons" - zbieranie broni
"store tools" - zbieranie narzędzi
"store potions" - zbieranie mikstur
"store rings" - zbieranie pierścieni
