Am assuming its a yahoo app. Did you check your redirect settings for your app on yahoo? Make sure its pointing to your live site url and not dev url (localhost, etc)

Sign into your yahoo account, go to your app settings page and check whether the redirect URLs you have given there are pointing to your production site. The app settings page will have all the instructions you are looking for. Hope this helps. Reach out if it doesn't.
