Hi Rolf, that is odd. Have you tried to convert directly to dfs0?

You could also test with df.T.to_numpy() optionally with dtype argument - see https://pandas.pydata.org/docs/reference/api/pandas.Series.to_numpy.html#pandas.Series.to_numpy

Good point - in that case safer to refer to that series with df["T"]

It's really the interfering with the transpose method: df.T returns a transposed dataframe. So, df['T¨] works!
I thought that methods must always called with brackets (i.e. df.T() for transposing).
Thanks for the hint of direct converting! I knew the method df.to_dfs0 from the examples but didn't know how to define the items.
