request: fully functional keyczartool for Go about dkeyczar HOT 4 CLOSED

The keyczartool has definitely been one of the ugly pieces of the Go port. I'll rethink my exposed interfaces and get around to cleaning it up.

I already have some interop with python tests, so I'll try to make sure they cover most of the features.

I'm going to take a stab at finding a go library that does more elaborate flag parsing and try to get keyczart producing full interop test data so other implementations can test against it.
