[BUG] Incorrect bitrate and duration for VBR mp3s about tinytag HOT 5 CLOSED

I've noticed the same errror, not only for small files, but for almost every file I tried until now (except for CBR 320)
Bitrate is always double as it should be -> duration is half.
I've tested it with version 1.6 and 1.

I believe files with VBRI headers still have issues, but I haven't looked into that. tinytag reports a bitrate of 125 kb/s for tinytag/tests/samples/vbri.mp3, while MediaInfo reports 233 kb/s, but that file seems strange in general.
Edit: tinytag might actually be more accurate here, it seems like MediaInfo still returns information that was valid before the file was truncated.

I just ran into this same issue myself, and testing out that branch also fixed the issue for me.
