add the possibility to somehow view only online rep nodes (that are also under 100k weight). another nice feature would be transaction filters for the wallet page (ie send/receive/rep change).

Monitored Representatives can actually be offline in their monitor is misconfigured, instead of assuming that if they appear in the peerlist, they're online.
