AFAIK is ConcreteFactory just another name for the SimpleFactory. Any other opinions here?

As I said, I don't really know what is the correct name, if there is one, but I do think we should choose one and use it consistently.

For what it's worth (I'm new to design patterns) I've mostly seen it referred to as SimpleFactory. Head First DP book refers to it as that, and most articles I've read refer to it as SimpleFactory. So it it's going to be normalized into one or the other, I vote for SimpleFactory :)

I've just made PR to change ConcreteFactory name to SimpleFactory
