Single activity mode is giving me absolute hell - I'm having trouble pushing activity state changes down to the activity slats where the actual writing of changes into the session data takes place, and I think the state change debouncing in ActivitySlat[23-54] is not at fault, but is obscuring the actual issue here. My plan is to move this out of ActivitySlat and into ProjectTracking, so we can do everything at once, because I think passing these changes up and down is causing a lot of trouble (and a lot of extra updates). That's moved into #27 which is pushed out of the current milestone.
