Yes, this is an issue for now. Will solve it in future release.
Now you can use full path to recipe: vendor/deployer/recipes/recipe/*.php

Solution:
- Go to /usr/share/php (By default it's in include_path)
- Create file /usr/share/php/ext_include.php
<?php require dirname (__FILE__) . '/vendor/autoload.php'; ?> - Install recipes by composer
- Open your deploy file and insert this after "namespace Deployer;"
require 'ext_include.php';
After this my dep script works with recipes.
