Maintenance report for "unsafe" or temporary download links about demozoo HOT 1 OPEN

Recently had a discussion with sensenstahl on this issue, and it's a growing concern. Things get put up on Demozoo with temporary or private download links all the time. We can help! We can save them on scene.org and modland for posterity. We just need this report to magically appear. :)

Technically, I envision we wash links against "known good" hosts and put everything with no download link on a good host in the report. In order for it not to cripple the system whenver it is run, perhaps it's a good idea to do this "as we go", so whenever a download link gets added, it gets flagged for our list. Whenever something a link is added from a known good host, it gets unflagged.
