Galaxy: add information about data upload into the tool description about deeptools HOT 6 CLOSED

Really in every tool? I don't know of any tool with such an information as tool description.

There it says

TIP: Due to browser limitations, uploading files larger than 2GB is guaranteed to fail. To upload large files, use the URL method (below) or FTP (if enabled by the site administrator).

Which is where I would like to add the link to our wiki, e.g.:
"For more information about data upload, see our wiki page entry"
