So, I think I'm going to add workflow:noautoupdate and workflow:autoupdate magic args to turn automatic updates off and back on. workflow:update should still perform an update regardless of whether auto updates is on or off.
Also, that workflow:… prefix definitely needs changing. I'm thinking wf:… instead.
Still, that'll have to wait for v2, seeing as it's API-breaking and semantic versioning and all that…

workflow:... is way too long, wf:... is much better
