I resized all the images in one document that had a height of greater than 2048 pixels. All the pages seem to be displaying properly now (it might be necessary to clear the browser's cache first). This is probably not the optimal solution as it requires decreasing the quality of some images, but it was the easiest to implement and get working right now. If we can get JPG2000 working (i.e. if we can actually control the number of zooms) then that might be a better alternative.
