Move FlinksterParkingArea into Flinkster Package

Flinkster: Filter for fuel type

Add possibility to filter for petrol, diesel or electric cars

Possible query syntax:

Model/Service Structure

One folder per module containing a model folder and a service folder

Free API-Version is not reachable

When trying to access the GrapQL-API via the URL provided in the Wiki (https://api.deutschebahn.com/free1bahnql/graphql) I get the following error:
