Do you have any other bluetooth devices connected to your PC at the same time as the joycons?

First of all, thanks for you quick reply.
I haven't any devices connected to the computer using Bluetooth.
Just in case, I have removed all devices from Settings > Devices > Bluetooth and other devices
I just tried the vJoy method again and everything works fine.
