Hi! This happens sometimes when you don't shut down the program correctly - try completely disconnecting the controller from your Bluetooth windows devices as mentioned in the problems section and then reconnect the controller:
How to properly disconnect the controller
Windows 10
- Go into "Bluetooth and other devices settings"
- Under the first category "Mouse, keyboard, & pen", there should be the pro controller.
- Click on it and a "Remove" button will be revealed.
- Press the "Remove" button
EDIT: I just saw that you tried deleting it and adding it again - did you use the above method? If so, try reconnecting your pro controller to the switch and then back to the PC and tell me if that helps.

Ooops, I think I know what happened. I didn't open the “gyro setting” in Legend of Zelda game...
