Hm, actually, this may not be necessary. CobbAPI's "editor ID" Papyrus getter relies on the virtual getter TESForm::GetEditorID, which we also override.
If CobbAPI and another DLL try to patch the same form type, there shouldn't actually be a conflict as long as they both try to override the getter, and as long as the getter and setter are overridden at the same time in each DLL. It doesn't matter which DLL stores the editor ID or where they store it; all that matters is that the virtual getter returns it.
