Thanks, good catch.
What appears to be the official site for the GAUL codes (http://www.fao.org/countryprofiles/iso3list/en/) does not seem to be working ... so I haven't been able to verify whether the code is 91267 or if there are two (91 and 267) codes for the territory.
Once I can conclude whether it should be 91267 or "91,267" I'll post an update here and push a fix
from country-codes.

I was never able to confirm via the FAO site (still getting js errors), but found another listing of GAUL codes where it looks like there are two: 91 and 267
from country-codes.
