I hadn't been seeing that, but I definitely am now. I found this SO article that mentions needing to add libsqlite3.0.dylib to the linked frameworks section of the General tab in the project... which appears to resolve the linker errors for me. I want to do some more research before pushing a fix (or more likely reverting to an earlier version of the GA SDK) and understand if this is really the right solution.
But hopefully it can at least resolve the roadblock for you for now if you try it manually. Thanks!

Even after adding libsqlite3.0.dylib to the linked frameworks my error is still visible. It doesnt go. Help?
