Yes I agree. WHen i save les file it automatically creates CSS file. But I wan it to be in different location. ANd even I have official less app which listen for less file changes and convert automatically. How to turn this feature off?

This sublime package only deals with code syntax / coloring. As far as LESS compilation is concerned, you may want to look further at the app you're using to watch the less files. Try looking into LiveReload or CodeKit for more options.
